G.I. Joe 3?

Variety reported today that the G.I. Joe movie franchise is getting a third installment. Paramount had no comments on the reports. I have yet to see the second G.I. Joe, but the first one was awesome. They got some major stars for the second installment, such as The Rock and Bruce Willis. I'm excited they're making a third installment. Do you guys think the big stars help or hurt the franchise?
